Vanderbilt-Ole Miss, Live: Vandy Leads 28-14 After Larry Smith’s Touchdown Run

Vanderbilt’s bid to upset SEC rival Ole Miss has grown stronger with a 28-14 fourth-quarter lead, thanks to a bootleg touchdown run from quarterback Larry Smith.

After recovering a fumble in Ole Miss territory, the Commodores took possession. Smith faked a handoff to Warren Norman, who has given the Rebels reason to worry on Saturday, and then simply ran the ball in himself.

There are now just over seven minutes left in the game, and the Oxford crowd sounds worried.
