VIDEO: Duke And Kyle Singler, Dunked On Again And Again And Again

There were a lot of highlights from Arizona’s win over Duke on Thursday. It just so happens that many of those highlights were vicious dunks. Because really, would be an annihilation be complete without some cruel, public shaming? Derrick Williams was just sticking to the script.

By the end of it, it really looked like Duke had just given up. Perhaps the dunks left them completely demoralized. Or maybe they were tanking so that they could draft Derrick Williams.

WHO CAN SAY.

More after the jump.

For all the spectacle of Derrick Williams on Thursday, the most poignant moment of the night came from Jamelle Horne, who took this rebound and literally dunked straight on Kyle Singler’s head.

Here, with ‘Zona leading by double digits, Derrick Williams goes right down the lane for a wide open exlamation point. Where are all the fundamentally sound Duke players to take the charge?!

(the ghost of Greg Paulus slaps the floor)

(Jon Scheyer looks up, gets dunked on)

Now, then... Can someone make this photo into a building-sized poster?
