Ronald Nored continued his poor game by fouling Kenny Boynton on a three-point attempt. Boynton hit all three shots to take a 21-15 lead, its largest of the game. Macklin added to that lead with a drop step and a layup, his 11th point of the game.
Matt Howard finally got on the board with two free throws, then powered through the lane with a left-handed runner. However, he also missed a wide open three pointer and hasn’t been a significant factor in the game.
