NFL Draft 2011 News: Denver Broncos Coach John Fox Talks Up Von Miller’s Skills

Last week, SB Nation’s Brian Galliford mentioned in his weekly NFL mock draft that Texas A&M Aggies LB Von Miller’s chances of being picked No. 2 overall by the Denver Broncos have been getting a lot of hype lately. Well, count Broncos coach John Fox among those adding to the buzz.

While talking about Miller to the Denver Post, Fox said:

In this league, you have to rush the passer. (Quarterbacks are) too good just to let them stand there and look over your defense. He has the skill set to play this game, no doubt.

That No. 2 pick could be the best opportunity in the draft, since Denver doesn’t appear to be interested in picking a quarterback. In some ways, the field is even more wide open for them than it is for Carolina at No. 1.
