2011 NFL Mock Draft: Kansas City Chiefs Select WR Leonard Hankerson

The Kansas City Chiefs are selecting 55th in SB Nation's 2011 NFL mock draft. Arrowhead Pride has looked at the big board and decided to select Miami WR Leonard Hankerson as a complement to WR Dwayne Bowe.

Here’s what Mocking The Draft said about the pick:

At the very least, Hankeron could ease his way into an NFL role as Kansas City's No. 2 receiver. He'd also be great insurance in case Bowe decides to leave via free agency. Hankerson is a big target who knows how to get open over the top. He would give the Chiefs another red zone target to go along with Bow and Tony Moeaki.

Bowe is entering the final year of his contract so this could be an insurance policy. In the meantime he'll give Matt Cassel another target and take away some of those double teams on Bowe.

For the full explanation of the pick, check out Mocking The Draft.
