The Baltimore Ravens are about the last franchise you'd expect to fail to get a NFL Draft pick in on time, considering how strong Ozzie Newsome's track record is. But with their No. 26 selection, they took too much time and were forced to pass, giving the Kansas City Chiefs the No. 26 pick and the chance to grab Pittsburgh Panthers WR Jonathan Baldwin.

That No. 27 pick has been through quite a few hands. It started out in the possession of the Atlanta Falcons, who traded it to the Cleveland Browns as a part of the Julio Jones deal. The Browns then sent it to KC.
Apparently Baltimore was working on a trade with the Chicago Bears, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, but weren't able to get it done on time. The Ravens did eventually get a pick in, taking Colorado Buffaloes DB Jimmy Smith.
