NBC’s “Parks and Recreation” made its Season 3 premiere Thursday night (if you’re not watching this show, please, do so; make Ken Tremendous happy). It featured the start of a youth basketball league in Pawnee, Indiana, which not only allowed Ron Swanson to channel his inner Bobby Knight while coaching, but also introduced the world to The Ron Swanson Pyramid of Greatness. Behold:
