2011 NFL Playoffs, Jets Vs. Colts: Peyton Manning Meets Rex Ryan’s Defense Again
Things are slightly different this time around. The Jets are no longer the upstart team that surprised people. They’re known as one of the better teams in the NFL and they finished the season 11-5. The Colts aren’t their usual regular season powerhouse selves as they needed a Week 17 win to confirm a playoff berth.
NFL odds say the Colts are currently three point favorites over the Jets which sounds about right. This is an even matchup but the Colts get the edge in homefield advantage.
The Colts have the fourth ranked offense and the 23rd ranked offense while the Jets hold the 13th ranked offense and sixth ranked defense. It’ll be one of the best offenses against one of the best defenses.
