Matt Schaub Injury: MRI Shows No Problem With Hip
Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub underwent an MRI Monday morning and the results say he’s “just fine,” according to the team.

Schaub had a precautionary MRI on his hip after coming out of Sunday's 29-14 loss at Baltimore due to soreness in the hip.
The injury isn’t believed to be serious, and Schaub is expected to start this Sunday’s game against Tennessee for first place in the AFC South. He could miss practice Wednesday but he will likely be back in his normal routine by Thursday.
Texans coach Stan Kubiak confirmed the news today.
“Matt’s just beat up. He got a chest bruise & just really banged up, but he’s fine.”
The 30-year-old is currently seventh in the NFL with 1,597 passing yards to go along with 10 touchdowns and five interceptions. The Texans boast one of the top offensive lines in the NFL so hopefully they’ll prevent him from further damage.
