Kent Hull was the center for the Buffalo Bills during their great run in the mid-1990's. During that time, Hull was the anchor of an offensive line that helped Jim Kelly and the "K-Gun" offense make it to four straight Super Bowls. Multiple media outlets have reported that Hull suffered an apparent heart attack, according to WIVB Channel 4 in Buffalo, and passed away at the age of 50.

Brian Galiford of SB Nation’s Buffalo Bills blog Buffalo Rumblings remembers Hull as a Bill:

This is obviously incredibly sad news. I was but a grade schooler when Hull was in his heyday; I grew up with the idea that insofar as offensive line play goes, Kent Hull was the gold standard. From what I’ve seen, read and heard in years since, I’ve no reason to change that opinion. He was, is, and will always remain a legendary Bills figure.

Hull retired from the NFL in 1997, the same year he was selected to the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame. Hull became the 19th inductee to the Wall of Fame at Ralph Wilson Stadium. He played for the Bills from 1986 to 1996, playing in 170 regular-season games.
