Dolphins Vs. Giants: TV Schedule, Game Time Announcers And More

The Miami Dolphins look to rebound off of their historic loss last week as they head north to face the New York Giants.

The Miami Dolphins had quite possibly the most publicized regular season loss that moved a team to 0-6 in the history of mankind, The Dolphins led the Denver Broncos 15-0 with less than 3:00 to go in the game, but wound up blowing the lead and losing in overtime. The Dolphins were the first team since at least 1983 to blow a lead of more than 14 points with three minutes remaining. "At this point in time, with where we are, you find out about the real mettle of the guys in that locker room," said Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano.

The Dolphins offense has struggled since losing Chad Henne, with Matt Moore having thrown just a single touchdown in three games. The passing offense likely won't get much better going against a New York Giants pass rush that looks to be getting defensive end Justin Tuck back in the lineup.

The Giants will be getting some more help on the offensive side as well, getting back guard Chris Snee and running back Brandon Jacobs. "I think it will be a nice boost in the arm," coach Tom Coughlin said. "I don't know exactly when the individuals will be cleared, but hopefully we'll be in a position where they are ready to go when we're talking game week and we get closer to Sunday." Quarterback Eli Manning is having a sneaky good season, throwing for 1,700+ yards in the air with 11 touchdowns and 5 interceptions with a 101 quarterback rating.

In order to overcome last week’s collapse and get on the right track, the Dolphins are going to have to play much better defense than they did last week. Actually scoring points would help, as well.
