Brewers vs. Diamondbacks, NLDS Game 5 Preview: Time, TV Schedule, Lineups And More

Yovani Gallardo and the Brewers look to hold off the Arizona Diamondbacks in Game 5.

The Arizona Diamondbacks travel to Miller Park to take on the Brewers in the close out game of the NLDS. It's a re-match of Game 1 of the series with Yovani Gallardo taking the mound against Ian Kennedy, but this time Kennedy is hoping for a different result. "We have to deal with this one game that we have coming up and the game's really open to anybody," Arizona outfielder Chris Young said about the decisive game.

Gallardo was dealing in the first match up, at one point retiring 14 of 15 batters he faced. Gallardo for his career has been great against the Diamondbacks, with a 6-0 record and a 1.18 ERA. Arizona has won two games in a row in the series and Gallardo will try to continue his dominant trend and stop them. The Diamondbacks will look to break that trend however, and continue to ride their hot bats like they have the past two games.

Game Date/Time: Friday, Oct. 7, 5:00 p.m.

Stadium: Miller Park, Milwaukee, WI

TV: TBS

Projected Starters

Arizona Diamondbacks: Ian Kennedy (0-1, 5.40 ERA)
Milwaukee Brewers: Yovani Gallardo (1-0, 1.13 ERA)
