There has been building discussion on where Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III would be drafted if he enters the 2012 NFL Draft.
Speculation heats up on Robert Griffin III being taken before Andrew Luck in 2012 NFL Draft

Right now, the newly crowned Heisman Trophy winner isn't talking about if he'll enter, but plenty are discussing where he'd be picked. On Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that one personnel director told him that some around the NFL prefer Griffin over presumptive No. 1 pick Andrew Luck of Stanford.
On CBS Sunday, Griffin reaffirmed that he won’t decide until after Baylor’s bowl game on Dec. 29. That didn’t stop him from talking about his draft standing, however.
“I know a lot of people have him locked in as the No. 1 guy,” Griffin said of Luck. “Have I heard different, yes? Have I heard he’s the No. 1 guy, yes? I’m not really worried about that and it won’t really affect my decision to come our or not.
“You know Cam Newton wasn’t shown as the front-runner when he came out to be the No. 1 pick and he did it. So you never know with these things.”
Our friends over at New Era Scouting have an excellent scouting report on Griffin today. Check it out here. And if you haven’t read the breakdown of Griffin by UkRedskin, see it here.
