Chiefs Vs. Bears: TV Schedule, Game Time Announcers And More

Kyle Orton will make his debut for the Kansas City Chiefs against one of his former teams, the Chicago Bears.

The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off a tough loss against the Pittsburgh Steelers that saw quarterback Tyler Palko turn the ball over multiple times in relief of an injured Matt Cassel. Against the Chicago Bears however, a familiar face to Soldier Field will make the start in Kyle Orton. Orton played for the Bears from 2005-2008, starting over 30 games before he was traded to the Denver Broncos. Orton was released by the Broncos two weeks ago and claimed by the Chiefs when Matt Cassel was headed to injured reserve. The Chiefs are virtually out of the AFC West race, but it's possible they can fight for a wildcard spot with a win over the Bears.

Like the Chiefs, the Chicago Bears will be without their starting quarterback Jay Cutler and will be going with back up Caleb Hanie again. Hanie struggled last week completing 50 percent of his passes and throwing three interceptions. This week however, the Bears will be facing a Chiefs defense that has struggled against the pass. At 7-4, the Bears are still in the thick of the playoff hunt and the wild card. A win against the Chiefs will go a long way with Cutler expected to be back near season's end.
