Heat Vs. Bulls: Thrilling NBA Trade Deadline Leaves Basketball Game In Its Wake

After one of the most eventful NBA trade deadlines in recent memory, you're probably not as excited for tonight's game between the Miami Heat and Chicago Bulls as you should be. I mean, neither of these teams even made any trades other than the James Johnson deal, so what's there to get excited about?

Eastern Conference playoff positioning is sort of on the line, with the Bulls only three games back of the Heat. Plus Derrick Rose, LeBron James, and Dwyane Wade played on the same team last weekend, but now play on different teams! See, it's kind of like a trade happened!

These are also the two top teams in the East that didn't dramatically shake up their rosters today. After the Boston Celtics pulled off the biggest shocker of the day, could tonight's winner become the conference's new favorite?

For more on this game, Heat fans should visit Peninsula Is Mightier, and Bulls fans should head to Blog a Bull and SB Nation Chicago.
