It’s OK if you need to take a moment and review the rosters of the Boston Celtics and Utah Jazz in advance of their Monday night game at EnergySolutions Arena. That wild NBA trade deadline has left many of us confused about who exactly still plays for these franchises.
Celtics Vs. Jazz: So Who Plays For These Teams, Again?
Deron Williams is out for the Jazz, Kendrick Perkins is in Oklahoma City, and Derrick Favors and Jeff Green will play tonight. Beyond that, a checklist of some sort would be nice. What about Jeff Hornacek?
The new-look Celtics beat the Los Angeles Clippers, and the renovated Jazz lost to the Detroit Pistons. Neither of those results are all that out of line with what these teams have done this year. Boston’s questions are more immediate than Utah’s, as the Jazz appear to have opted for rebuilding mode, but it will still be interesting to see so many new faces in one game.
