It is impossible for me to watch Ken Burns’ magnificent “Baseball” without parroting impressions of some of the interviewees. None of my impressions, though, are anywhere near as good as these.

↵Batting Stance Guy’s most well-known gifts to the world, as it turns out, aren’t his greatest talent. Nearly all of these are dead ringers. His Bill Lee impersonation is terrific, but his Thomas Boswell is so on-the-money it’s almost scary.
