Paul Finebaum Pilloried, At Long Last

What’s funnier than watching the South’s foremost hobbit and noted Alabama partisan Paul Finebaum turn the Titanic and steer his radio show Auburn-wards when it became clear the Tigers, not the Tide, were the team to beat in 2010? That’d be watching him turn tail and skedaddle back to Tuscaloosa once Auburn started raking in the bad PR this offseason. Yell all you want, but say this for Paaaowl: He is really, really bad at concealing his trollin’ ways, and that makes for anthropologically fascinating radio.

↵Funnier still is the notion that one Yellowhammer State-based fanbase could finally turn on him, en masse, for his ratings-based machinations. Our Auburn blog gets the jump on that very notion today.
