Fresh off a new round of controversy regarding the England captaincy, Fabio Capello has played things relatively safe with his England squad to play against Wales and Ghana during the international break. Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Matt Jarvis gets his first callup, while Phil Jagielka and Andy Carroll are both reinstated following comebacks from injury. Every player named is based in the Premier League, with Aston Villa and Manchester City both sending four representatives to the squad.
