Jose Canseco is going to be a player-manager for the Yuma Scorpions of the independent North American League, with his brother, Ozzie, serving as the hitting and bench coach.

↵The last time Jose played for an independent league, he was successfully sued for $250,000 for breach of contract, so this should end well. There’s no word on if his first Scorpions card will be a “Rated Rookie.”
