John Infante, the NCAA’s official compliance blogger, has been dribbling out news of the NCAA legislative council’s latest decisions affecting college athletes. He’s covering a wide range of sports, but new football regulations include changing the number of permissible full-time grad assistants from two to four, and higher credit hours quotas for players that can lead to two- to four-game suspensions if violated. Still at issue but apparently not formally altered yet are a host of proposed changes to recruiting rules.
