This is the fifth win of Havre De Grace’s career. The filly last ran on March 19th, when she was also jockeyed by Ramon Dominguez at the Azeri-G3. Switch, the runner-up, had previously won two Grade 1 races; this is the first for Havre De Grace.
Oaklawn Park, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, boasts an 8.5-furlong dirt track. Last year’s winner was Zenyatta, who, of course, remained undefeated throughout her career until her final race at the Breeders’ Cup.
