Cricket World Cup Final 2011, India Vs. Sri Lanka: 10 Overs Remaining, India In Control

An unbroken partnership of 107 between Gautam Gambhir and MS Dhoni has pushed India close to the finishing line with just 10 overs remaining in the game.

Gambhir stands on the brink of a century (96*), whilst Dhoni has batted impressively to move to 59 and India need just 53 from 60 balls to hoist the World Cup in front of an expectant crowd.

Sri Lanka have brought back both Muralitharan and Malinga into the attack, to no avail, and they must strike quickly otherwise India will reach their target with time to spare.
