Cricket World Cup 2011 Final, India Vs. Sri Lanka: Tense Finish In Prospect

We are set for a finish that is befitting of World Cup final; 30 balls remaining, 30 runs required for India with captain MS Dhoni still at the wicket.

Gautam Gambhir failed to reach his century, bowled by Raniv playing a loose shot and Dhoni survived a close run out scare, but he is there, along with Yuvraj (8*), with the responsibility of seeing India home.

Both Malinga and Muralitharan have overs remaining and you couldn’t wish for a finish like the one in prospect. India still favourites, but don’t count out Sri Lanka quite yet.
