This week’s race for the NASCAR RnR/Expressway Trucks sponsored #12 Thunderstock of Brad Herron was rained out so I’ve re-posted the camera footage from last week’s race again and added a statement from Brad about the Twin 15’s he raced in last week. - Bob (aka 4ever3).
NASCAR RnR’s Grassroots Racing Team Update: In car video from the first feature race (Updated)
This is cool! It’s a ‘doggy’ cam view out the passenger side of the car. At about the 5:00 min. mark a good portion of the camera lense gets hit with a piece of clay, but there is still some good racing action for your viewing pleasure on the right side of the screen.
Here is what Brad had to say about the racing last weekend:
"Well, as Jeff said, our history in the twin 15's at least with this car has been anything but good. As Jeff reminded me Friday nite, last year I was ready to give the car to the first person I saw because I was soooo frusterated with it. ...Anyway, what a difference a year makes. The car seemed better in the second feature than the first and that's really encouraging because the 2nd feature was pretty dry slick. I really have to give a shout out too everyone involved with the track prep at Ohsweken.....if you would have told me 3 or 4 years ago that the bottom groove would work here, I would have said you were nuts....this track has always been a top groove one lane race track....so thanks to Glenn and everyone for making this a multi lane 4 wide race track. As always, thanks Jeff, Dave and Dad for the weekly support, and to everyone reading this and keeping up with what we are doing. Until next week, drive it like you stole it!!!!"
