MLB TV Schedule, 6/29: Red Sox/Phillies, Cubs/Giants

There are a few day games on the schedule today as an appetizer before tonight’s main course. All times Eastern.

12 noon, FSN Ohio, Sun Sports: Reds at Rays. The rubber game of this series features Edinson Volquez against James Shields.

↵↵

3:30 p.m., SportSouth, ROOT Sports Seattle: Braves at Mariners. Atlanta goes for the sweep, no less, in Seattle.

↵↵

7 p.m., ESPN2, NESN, CSN Philadelphia: Red Sox at Phillies. Last night was a brilliant pitching matchup between Josh Beckett and Cliff Lee. Don't expect the same tonight when John Lackey takes on Vance Worley.

↵↵

7 p.m., YES Network, FSN Wisconsin: Brewers at Yankees. Will Shawn Marcum become the second consecutive former American League starter to be pounded by the Yankees in a Milwaukee uniform? (More important for Brewers fans: can he get past the third inning without getting hurt?)

↵↵

8 p.m., WGN, CSN Bay Area: Giants at Cubs. The Giants send Tim Lincecum against Ryan Dempster, looking for their eighth consecutive win.
