Before next week’s Pac-12 media day, Stanford junior quarterback opened up with the San Jose Mercury News.
Andrew Luck never considered entering NFL Draft

Luck told the paper that he never considered entering the 2011 NFL Draft when he announced in January that he was returning to school.
“Lets just say it wasn’t stressful,” Luck told Mercury News reporter Jon Wilner. “I was at peace.”
As the paper notes, Luck spent part of his summer as a counselor at the Manning Passing Academy. That allowed Luck to work on some areas of his game with Peyton Manning, notably the importance of organization and film study.
Many expect Luck to enter the 2012 NFL Draft and be the No. 1 overall pick.
