When he went to bed on July 4th, Dan Uggla owned a woeful .173 batting average. The next day, he went 2-for-2 with a double and a homer, the first game in what would turn out to be an unlikely 33-game hitting streak. That streak was finally snapped on Sunday, and don’t worry, he’s back to normal now, everything’s all right again.
