Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan should be pleased with quarterback John Beck's performance in the first half of his team's 16-3 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. While he didn't throw for any touchdowns, he finished the game with a sharp 14-of-17 pass attempts for 140. Rex Grossman, Beck's competition, went 7-of-12 for 88 yards and an interception.
