UFC officials have announced an adjustment to the broadcast schedule of UFC 134’s undercard. A middleweight bout between Rousimar Palhares (12-3) and Dan Miller (13-5) has been slotted into the Spike TV telecast, displacing a welterweight bout between Paulo Thiago (13-3) and David Mitchell (11-1) to the Facebook preliminaries.

The promotion announced the news early Monday morning. No explanation for the switch has been given.
Palhares is a promising member of Brazilian Top Team and has collected a 5-2 record in his run under the UFC banner, including victories over Jeremy Horn and Dave Branch. The 31-year-old has won four of his last five fights, finishing three by submission.
Miller, brother of lightweight contender Jim Miller, has plateaued within the promotion after opening his UFC career with three straight victories. The 30-year-old has lost dropped of his last six fights, losing via unanimous decision to big-name opponents Nate Marquardt, Michael Bisping, Chael Sonnen, and Damien Maia.
UFC 134 marks the organization’s highly-anticipated return to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and will be held on August 27th at HSBC Arena. The event is headlined by a flood of Brazilian talent, including a middleweight championship bout between pound-for-pound king Anderson Silva and Japanese superstar Yushin Okami.
