    Dammit, Thome. Don’t ruin this. Reuniting with your high-school girlfriend: touching. Reuniting with that co-worker you were seeing until they met someone younger: not as touching. It’s hard to blame Thome too much -- he’s never won a championship, and the Phillies have just a slight advantage over the Indians as it stands.
