The United States' Huntington Beach, California squad has won the 2011 Little League World Series final over Japan 2-1 on a walk-off hit by first baseman Nick Pratto that scored Eric Anderson. That's the first walk-off win in a LLWS final since Georgia's 2007 victory over Japan, but of course you knew that already.

Huntington Beach won the 2011 Little League World Series final 2-1 on a walk-off shot by Nick Pratto, tying California with Japan for second on the all-time LLWS titles list.
Pratto finished the day with three hits on four at bats, making him the game’s only player with more than one hit.
In the third inning, Japan LF Kaito Suzuki opened up the day’s scoring thanks to an error, followed later than inning when California catcher Hagan Danner popped a solo home run.
California starter Braydon Salzman finished with a three-hit complete game, while Japan’s ace, Shoto Totsuka, made it through four and two-thirds innings before yielding to Kazuto Takakura.
This is the seventh LLWS title won by a California team, tying the region for second with Japan behind Taiwan and extending its advantage over all other American states. Pennsylvania, Connecticut and New Jersey are next, with four each. Huntington Beach becomes the sixth American team to win in the past seven years, denying Japan its second-straight championship.
