Last weekend, out of action with a hamstring injury, Mike Cameron expressed some uncertainty about his baseball future:

↵Cameron, who said he’s not sure how soon he willl return, hinted that he might retire after the season.

"It’s a small window that’s wide open," he said.

Monday night, the Marlins released Cameron. Which means the window is even smaller, and closed tight. Or bigger, and shut halfway. (I should have studied harder in college.)
