VIDEO: Virginia College Team Scores Game-Winning Return Thanks To Amazing Lateral, Bad Officiating

The video you’re about to see documents the final seconds of the Southwest Virginia Bowl between UVa-Wise and Emory & Henry. It features some pretty outrageous punter-roughing. A “roughing the punter” penalty was not called. In other words, a pretty serious injustice happened here.

This is a lot to ask of you, but I’m going to ask you to completely ignore said injustice and appreciate the ensuing punt return, complete with amazing lateral, on its own merits. I think you’ll be glad you did:
