Cy Young Watch: A.L. Done

Justin Verlander didn't pitch his best baseball against the Indians this afternoon; shoot, he gave up a couple of two-run homers to Shelley Duncan.

But he pitched six innings, the offense baled him out, and so Verlander ran his record to 22-5. There's still some loose talk about CC Sabathia, but Verlander would have to get hammered in his last few starts to avoid getting the Cy Young Award. Unanimously, probably.
