NCAA Tournament 2012, Kentucky Vs. Western Kentucky: Game Time, TV Schedule And More
The top-seeded Kentucky Wildcats tip off their quest for their first NCAA Tournament title in 14 years against the lowly Western Kentucky Hilltoppers on Thursday.

Led by an abundance of talent, especially in the front court, John Calipari's squad went 30-1 during the regular season, before losing to Vanderbilt in the SEC Tournament final. It is a well established fact that Anthony Davis is an extraterrestrial, who also happens to average 14.3 points and 10 rebounds per game. Doron Lamb and Terrence Jones are also excellent in their own right, making the Wildcats a near conesnsus favorite to reach the Final Four.
The Hilltoppers went just 16-18 this season, but a nice run through the Sun Belt Conference Tournament gave them an automatic big into the tourney. Derrick Gordon and George Fant both average over 10 points and six rebounds a game, and will lead WKU in what would be a monumental upset.
Date/Time: Thursday, 6:50 p.m. ET
Venue: KFC Yum! Center, Louisville, KY
TV: TBS
Announcers: Verne Lundquist and Bill Raftery, with Lesley Visser reporting.
