NCAA Tournament 2012 Schedule: South Region Begins With Kentucky Vs. Western Kentucky
The 2012 NCAA Tournament has its first major action on Thursday, and the South Region will highlight most of the night’s schedule.


Six of the eight games in this region take place Thursday from locations in Louisville, Ky., Portland, Ore., and Albuquerque, N.M. The Friday games in Greensboro, N.C., will feature the No. 2 Duke Blue Devils and the No. 15 Lehigh Hawks as well as the No. 7 Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the No. 10 Xavier Musketeers.

No. 8 Iowa State vs. No. 9 UConn (TBS) - Thursday, March 15, after conclusion of Kentucky vs. WKU
