Southern Miss Band Chants ‘Where’s Your Green Card?’ At Hispanic Kansas State Player

The Southern Mississippi band made a strong early statement in the race for “most ignorant performance by a fan base in the NCAA Tournament” by chanting “Where’s your green card?” while Kansas State guard Angel Rodriguez shot free-throws in the first half of their game on Thursday.

Rodriguez was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico...which is part of America. He played high school basketball in Miami...also a part of America.


Rodriguez scored 13 points and Kansas State advanced with a 70-64 win.
