The No. 9 Saint Louis Billikens are going up against the No. 1 Michigan St. Spartans in what they hope will be another of the tournament's huge upsets. NCAA Tournament Scores: Michigan State Vs. Saint Louis: Spartans Lead 26-21 At Halftime
The Billikens got off to an inauspicious start with a string of air balls and blunders, but managed to briefly take the lead before MSU put together a scoring round and opened up a seven-point lead. Although the game is far from over, the Billikens will need to regroup and be more consistent in the second half. They shot just 26 percent from the floor in the first half.
Michigan State guard Brandon Wood is leading all scorers with eight points.
