As usual the Baltimore Ravens are picking near the end of the first round in NFL Draft due to another solid regular season in 2011. The Ravens 29th pick could go in a number of directions, whether it's offense or defense. SB Nation's Baltimore Beatdown lists the Ravens draft needs entering Thursday's draft:
Ravens NFL Draft Needs: Linebackers, Offensive Line Help Needed

The Baltimore Ravens top three needs seem to be offensive line (left guard, center) pass rush (OLB/DE) and LB (inside or outside). With Matt Birk coming back to the team, they may be able to hold off finding his long term replacement until either the later rounds or even next year. However, the loss of left guard Ben Grubbs leaves a gaping hole on the line which will need to be address early in the draft. The loss of OLB Jarret Johnson means one of the team's reserves must step up and fill that void, but then again, a pass rushing LB be it on the outside or to one day take ILB Ray Lewis' spot should be addressed as well.
