With the first day of the 2012 NFL Draft finally arriving on Thursday, more and more team plans are beginning to become apparent -- or even leak, in some instances. The Dallas Cowboys are just one of the many teams who are hoping to significantly improve their playoff chances by adding some missing pieces via the draft.
NFL Draft 2012: Cowboys Targeting 4 Players, Including David DeCastro

According to Clarence E. Hill, Jr. of the Star-Telegram, the Cowboys appear to have a definite game plan in place heading into the early rounds of the draft.
According to a source, the Cowboys are targeting four players at No. 14 -- Mississippi State defensive tackle Fletcher Cox, Stanford guard David DeCastro, Alabama safety Mark Barron and LSU defensive end Michael Brockers.
Simply put, it will be either DeCastro or a defensive player for the Cowboys' pick today.
DeCastro would be a great addition for any team that needs help on its offensive line. It remains to be seen whether he will still be around, however, when Dallas makes its pick at No. 14.
