It's been officially confirmed that Andrew Luck will be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft, and there's also little suspense on what the terms of his contract will be once the Indianapolis Colts make it official on Thursday night. The former Stanford Cardinal quarterback is expected to sign a four-year deal worth just over $22 million. Via ESPN's Adam Schefter:

Under the new CBA, agreed upon last summer, there’s very little room for the agents of draft picks to negotiate. The Colts should have Luck signed pretty quickly, agreeing to a deal that will be a slight increase over what Cam Newton got from Carolina as last year’s No. 1 pick.
