The 2012 NFL draft has another trade before it's even started. According to both ESPN's Adam Schefter and FOX's Jay Glazer, the Minnesota Vikings are trading the third overall pick to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for the fourth overall pick and three more draft picks.

The reports don't name the Browns' target, but you could speculate that it could be one of a number of players, including Trent Richardson and Ryan Tannehill.

The timing is ironic because Browns General Manager Tom Heckert told reporters shortly before the draft that they team felt confident in picking fourth, and it didn’t sound like they planned to trade out. Apparently, they didn’t want to tip their hand.

Assuming the trade officially goes through, the Browns are essentially on the clock. The Colts will select Andrew Luck with the first pick and the Redskins will select Robert Griffin III with the second pick.
