Martin was chosen with the No. 42 overall selection in this year's draft. Final word: Martin displays good agility, has the strength to take on power rushers and he moves outside nicely in pass protection. Coming out of Stanford’s pro-style scheme, Martin has good football intelligence. Good at making adjustments throughout the game. Solid athlete. Three-year starter at tackle.
While Martin is very good in a lot of areas, he’s not elite anywhere. Needs to keep his feet moving, especially through contact. Will sometimes give up the inside gap while trying to maintain the edge. Hasn’t been used much on the move.
Miami picked QB Ryan Tannehill in the first round.
