Peyton Manning Visits Broncos, Cardinals; Other Visits Planned?

The Peyton Manning race is believed to be led by the Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals. Those are the only two teams Manning has visited at this point. It's unclear if he will visit the Miami Dolphins. The Denver Post has reported both the Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs did not get a visit with Manning and they are out of the race.

With Denver and Arizona being his only two visits, you have to think they have a leg up on everyone at this point. In Denver, John Elway is a star quarterback himself and owner Pat Bowlen isn't shy about doing what it takes to get Manning. In Arizona, Manning would have arguably the best receiver in the game in Larry Fitzgerald, as well as warm weather and a terrific facility.

Things can change but those are the two teams we’re hearing about the most and Manning’s decision time is nearing. According to reports, Manning hopes to make a decision as soon as Tuesday, which is the same day free agency kicks off.

Manning hasn’t discussed contract with any of the teams as his agent, Tom Condon, hasn’t accompanied him on his visits. The contact must not be something teams are too worried about if it’s not a major topic of conversation on those visits.
