Nothing is official yet but it appears tight end Scott Chandler will be returning to the Buffalo Bills. SB Nation's Buffalo Rumblings points out this tweet from Chandler: "Reunited and it feels so good!!! Blessed to be back with the Bills! Nowhere else I want to be! Thank you Lord for this opportunity!"
Bills Free Agency: Scott Chandler Re-Ups In Buffalo
His agent has since confirmed to Aaron Wilson of Scout.com that it’s a two-year contract.
The Bills brought back Stevie Johnson earlier this month with a five-year deal so they're locking up a few of their top receivers. Chandler had the best season of his career with six touchdown receptions (tying a Bills franchise record). The impressive part, as Buffalo Rumblings notes, is that he had just one catch in his first four years in the league.
Chandler was originally a fourth-round pick by the San Diego Chargers in the 2007 NFL draft. He's also played for the Dallas Cowboys.
