A few things:
1. That’s pass interference on Gates. He obviously grabs Leonhard’s shoulders before the ball is there.
2. Gates makes the initial reception -- he pulls the ball into his chest with his hand.
3. Leonhard pulls it away. It almost looked like he wasn’t even down.
4. Was he even down? It looked close but another angle clearly showed he was down.
