No. 5 Duke vs. VCU final score: Blue Devils overcome test from Rams 67-58
Duke will play in the Battle4Atlantis final after outlasting the Rams.

Duke trailed only briefly in the first half, but led the entire way thereafter. However, it was a tenuous lead, the Blue Devils never being able to hold down a comfortable margin. At one point, Duke stretched it to 11, with VCU immediately scoring five in a row to cut it to six. However, the Rams were never able to put together a run to make it closer than that. Neither team shot well, with Duke shooting 42 percent and VCU 33 percent for the game.
Juvonte Reddic led the Rams with 16 points and 12 rebounds, while Treveon Graham added 16 points and eight boards. Mason Plumlee had 17 points and 10 rebounds for Duke. Seth Curry chipped in 15, and Rasheed Sulaimon 12.
Both teams will be in action on Saturday to conclude the Battle4Atlantis. Duke will be in the finals to play the winner of Louisville and Missouri, while VCU will take on the loser of the Louisville/Missouri game for third-place.
