The Houston Texans took a first-half 20-3 lead after Texans linebacker Bryan Braman blocked the Colts' Pat McAfee's punt from the Colts' eight-yard line. Braman, who now has two blocked punts on the season, a franchise record, then proceeded to pick up the ball and did his best to slide headfirst into the end zone. Braman's touchdown was upheld after a review due to the fact that the ball had crossed the goal line before McAfee made contact with him.

The Colts can lock up a wildcard spot with a win or a Pittsburgh Steelers loss, but so far, it's looking like they're going to be crossing their fingers that the Dallas Cowboys will upset the Steelers at home today. The Texans, on the other hand, are looking to lock up a first-round bye and are hoping to seal up home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
If the Colts aren’t going to be able to handle the Texans, they had better hope they get some help to stay in their current wildcard position because two of the team’s last three games, including this week’s game, are against the Texans.
