49ers vs. Rams final score: St. Louis beats San Francisco in final seconds of overtime, 16-13
The St. Louis Rams knocked in a field goal with a little more than 30 seconds remaining in overtime to defeat the San Francisco 49ers, 16-13.

With the score 10-2 in favor of the 49ers in the fourth quarter, a Janoris Jenkins fumble recovery for a touchdown turned the tide. The Rams converted on the two-point conversion to tie things up at 10, but San Francisco was able to advance down the field on their next drive thanks to a 50-yard run by quarterback Colin Kaepernick. The 49ers knocked in a field goal with a little over a minute remaining, and the Rams quickly responded with no time on the clock on a 53-yard field goal of their own.
Neither team was able to get much going in overtime until the Rams took over after a missed field-goal attempt by David Akers. They drove 22 yards, enough for kicker Greg Zuerlein to hit a 54-yard field goal for the victory.
St. Louis improved to 5-6-1 with the win, while the 49ers fell to 8-3-1.
Fantasy studs and duds
San Francisco wide receiver Michael Crabtree put together one of his better performances of the season, finishing with seven receptions for 101 yards.
The St. Louis defense also put up some impressive numbers in the win, forcing a safety and scoring a touchdown. It also had three sacks and a forced fumble.
Rams quarterback Sam Bradford had an unimpressive day for fantasy owners, finishing with 221 yards and no touchdowns.
49ers tight end Vernon Davis also had a disappointing day, with just 15 yards on two receptions.
